OUR PHILOSOPHY. Our goal is to provide a solid foundation of learning that will effectively prepare children for their grade school experience. The children are presented with learning activities designed to promote critical thinking skills, enhance verbalization, develop lifelong work study skills, establish positive socialization, implement healthy living habits, and develop an appreciation of cultural, physical and ethnic differences. At Mt. Zion CDC Preschool, children are continually introduced to new and different materials and experiences designed to stimulate their thinking and interest in learning. Small classroom sizes and individual instruction are important aspects of our program.  At Mt. Zion CDC Preschool we see, treat, and respect each child as an individual, not as a part of a group.
